Plastic Chemical Filter. These small filtration units are composed of a plastic housing and a filter mesh. The filter mesh is made of 304 stainless steel, or nylon mesh if you prefer a finer filtration effect. Of course, the mesh size, also known as the mesh count, can be customized according to customer requirements. The filter heads are generally available in three specifications: 1/4", 3/8", and 1/2". Additionally, the bottom of the filter can be made of either plastic or copper, allowing the filter to sink into the water for enhanced filtration performance. If other specifications are needed, we can also develop molds for customization. These products are widely used in cleaning machines, for filtering various liquids, and they also demonstrate excellent filtration effects in aquatic environments such as aquariums. Their operating principle involves placing the filter in the water to be filtered and using a water pump to easily filter out clean water.
